When the Pressure sensor fails you can tell because the sensors will read zero psi or up to 257 psi or more, and the corner will be lit up in red,
A single sensor replacement includes testing and diagnostic to confirm the broken sensor and after the repair is made to check for full functionality. Just send us an email to start the repair process.
How it works
-Reach out with your model, or picture if the underside of the manifold (to confirm if its Pre 2021 or Post 2021 since they require a different harder to get sensor)
- Shipping: In the Continental us we offer round trip shipping for an additional 20 dollars both ways. You are responsible for Printing the label and Packaging. Package it well since we will reuse your packaging. (Include your contact info in the box)
-Repair: once we receive the manifold, we evaluate the fault and proceed to repairs, once the sensor is replaced we test the manifold to confirm the repair worked and once we confirm, its ready to ship.
We only ship everything back one we receive the payment.
The SMC Cartriges tend to deteriorate and fail over time and they are non serviceable, what we do is carefully extract the old cartriges without scratching up the block, then tap the hole to receive a threaded fitting. once all the ports are tapped we install the new fittings and do a leak down test to make sure everything works as it should.
The new fittings are solid brass automotive grade fittings, and have a serviceable o ring which can be replaced incase of a leak down the road.
We can even step up or down the line sizes, or put in a 3/8 exhaust valve on a 1/4 - manifold for a faster air out.
